Medical, Dental and Vision
Full-time employees (working a minimum of 30 hours) are eligible for a number of medical, dental and vision options to ensure you can be at your healthiest self. Employees are eligible to elect to participate in health, dental and vision insurance on their first day of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts
The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are optional benefits offered as a way to manage qualifying medical and dependent care expenses. Employees elect to withhold a certain pre-tax amount from each paycheck and have it directly deposited into their FSA. By deducting a pre-tax amount, it helps to reduce your overall taxable income for that year.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
The Dependent Care Reimbursement Account allows employees to pay for daycare for their child, using pretax dollars.
Employee Assistance Program
We offer an assistance program to all employees, spouses and their dependents under the age of 26 who need help managing their personal and work lives. The employee assistance plan is available at no cost to employees and is a comprehensive support system that offers 24/7 assistance with many areas of daily life.
403(b) Retirement Plan
Retirement savings plan helps employees build their financial future by offering savings on a pre-tax basis. Employees are eligible to participate immediately if working a minimum of 1,000 hours per year (20 hours per week). Eligible employees may enroll at any time throughout the year and are eligible after 1 year of employment for employer matching of $0.25 for each dollar an employee contributes, up to 7% of the employee’s earnings (excluding any cash and noncash fringe benefits).
Paid Holiday, Vacation, & Sick Time:
Time-off options to help employees manage time away from work for personal, family, or medical responsibilities include paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; available to all full-time employees.
Child Care Discount:
The Tuition Remission Benefit is for assisting our employees with the tuition for their children/grandchildren who attend the Foundation schools.
